What is Contract Administration?
|
|
Contract Systems Administration - Where you contract for services
at less than a full-time salary.
Rates are negotiable, and are based on the tasks and skills required.
We currently offer four contract system administration services:
- Hourly Maintenance
- You have just a few things that need fixed. You know what you want, and we take care of it for you. For example,
you may have a few things that need adjusted, and need us to come in for just 4 hours. We bill you for just 4 hours.
Emergencies fall into this category.

- Part Time
- You have a few systems that need cared for, but cannot justify hiring a full-time resource to manage them. We
will come to your site for a fixed number hours per week as a part-time resource. For example, you may want an
administrator for only two hours per day (1/4 of a full-time resource). You will be billed for 10 hours labor per week.

- Flex Time
- You contract us for a fixed number of hours with no set schedue. We address the issues you bring to our attention,
and charge you for the work performed. For example, if you contract us for 100 hours, you can call us in for 5 hours one
week, skip a week, work 20 hours the next week.

- Full Time
- You contract a resource for full time employment for a fixed period of time.
The benefits of contract system administration are that you only pay for what you need without the overhead and
liability of employing a full-time resource when one is not warranted. You also get the peace of mind knowing your
systems are well cared for by professional system administrators.
